Vegan MoFo is No Mo'

Well, Vegan MoFo has come to an end. I really enjoyed this event and I'm glad I got this blog up and running in time to participate. I have tons of new recipes to try, found some new favorite blogs, and even connected with some local bloggers. Awesome! While I am taking a short break to catch my blogging breath so to speak, I wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone that stopped by.
